Yongxinda, the second half of the year focus: to practice internal skills

In order to improve the leadership and management level of leading cadres, the company carried out a training on "Leadership and Management Communication" attended by team leaders and reserve cadres on September 9. Yan Zong served as the lecturer for this training. Yan Zong first said that the training work is an important part of the internal skills training in the second half of the year. I hope everyone can attach importance to the training work.

The training vividly explained the basic principles of leadership and communication, and elaborated with a large number of work cases. The trainees combined their own work situation to talk about their personal experience, and realized their own gaps and directions for improvement.

This training was fortunate to invite professional management consulting teacher Tan Xingchuang to comment on it. Teacher Tan further elaborated and shared the principles of leadership.
