Board-sorting and placement machine

AI final inspection equipment

Applied to final visual inspection of SMT-PCBA assemblies: scan codes for upload and binding, then collect and place the boards into blister packs. 1. Scan the QR code; MES uploads the data. 2. Inspect the front and back surfaces of each board for appearance defects. 3. Collect and arrange the finished boards on trays.

Dual-track fixture disassembly and assembly machine

The fixture assembly/disassembly machine provides a fully automated replacement solution for SMT carrier production processes, utilizing a high-efficiency four-axis robot paired with high-precision vision-based positioning to perform component placement. It can completely replace manual labor in carrying out carrier assembly and disassembly operations.

Cap remover

After being applied to SMT, the component-mounted suction cups are automatically removed; custom grippers can be used to accommodate different suction cup types, with adjustable and maintainable gripping force. Vacuum is then exhausted into a waste collection box.

Solder Ball Cleaner

After PCBs undergo selective soldering or wave soldering, residual solder balls may adhere to the PCB surface or between components. These residual solder balls can inadvertently bridge circuits between components, leading to short circuits and other unintended failures. This cleaning machine effectively removes all residual solder balls, thereby preventing such accidents caused by solder ball formation.

360° Re-inspection Screening Machine

After being applied to the inspection equipment, it performs a re-inspection of defective products.

Automatic Cold-Pressed Copper Foil Equipment
