Characteristics

1. Rack assembly: Adopting an integrated welded design; the equipment does not trigger an alarm when the cover is opened in the loading area, but stops automatically when the cover is opened in the operating area. The equipment must be ergonomically designed, and other design features shall comply with medical standards.

2. CCD module: Supports photo-based recognition of 2x2, 16-bit laser-engraved QR codes on products; supports recognition of 4x4, 12-bit printed QR codes on trays; supports image storage, saving, and image stitching, with the stitched image displayed on the screen.

3. Lower CCD assembly: supports product positioning and board-split defect inspection (±0.15 mm).

5. ZR-axis pick-and-place module: equipped with a servo motor; features pressure feedback during picking and placement, force control with adjustable force settings, and independent vacuum generation for picking, coupled with closed-loop negative-pressure control.
Suction cup assembly: Custom-designed for the product, supports service-life testing, and allows setting of the number of uses.
6. Tray Stacking Mechanism: Stacking height of 200 mm; supports random placement during loading and allows setting the number of trays to be stacked and collected. The lifting mechanism is driven by an electric motor.
7. Tray lifting mechanism: The lifting mechanism is driven by an electric motor, with a lifting height sufficient to accommodate normal conveyance of the lower section.
8. Tray transfer mechanism: utilizes a ball screw and linear guide rails for translational motion.
9. Tray conveying mechanism: employs an ESD-safe synchronous belt with a width of 15 mm, and the conveyor-side contact surfaces are made of wear-resistant material.
10. Industrial PC: 1. Equipped with Windows 10; CPU: i7; Memory: 16 GB; Storage: SSD 250 GB or larger, or HDD 10 TB or larger.
11. Printer: Supports both automatic and manual printing, with separate formatting for OK and NG results.

- Applicable product range: custom medical products, with a product size of 30×30 mm (actual PCB size: 22×20 mm). If the product is replaced, the suction nozzle must also be replaced. The current suction nozzle is customized for the current product.
