1. The control system is PLC-based with a touch screen interface.
2. Primarily used for dust removal from PCB panel films.
3. Static elimination rods; when used in conjunction with static eliminators at the outlet, they effectively neutralize static electricity on the product, enhancing dust removal and thereby improving product quality and yield.
4. Convenient for replacing the dust-collection paper roll, making equipment maintenance and cleaning easy. Simply replace the paper roll on a regular basis to control the contact and pressure between the pneumatic roller and the product surface, thereby achieving effective dust removal.
5. Superior dust-removal performance—absolutely no risk of scratching the product surface. The dust-removal roller contacts the web material, lifting contaminants and transferring them to a layer-by-layer peelable adhesive dust-collection roll.
