Characteristics

1. Adopts FOV mode, with the camera featuring independent XY axes.
2. MES Integration: Scan SN to integrate with MES;
3. Inspection criteria: Burrs ≤ ±0.1 mm; no exposed copper allowed to protrude beyond the board edge; board-edge inspection tolerance: ±0.12 mm.
4.2D inspection: equipped with a color HD camera with 800W or higher resolution.
5. Software: Equipped with SPC integration capabilities and generates daily and weekly reports that are readily accessible for review.
6. The software shall feature offline re-inspection functionality; the home page must display metrics such as input, output, yield, CT, MES information, and real-time report anomaly alerts; operational logs and anomaly alerts shall be either stored locally or uploaded to a server.
