Characteristics

1. Primarily used for dust removal from PCB panel films.
2. Static elimination rods: When used in conjunction with inlet and outlet static eliminators, these rods effectively neutralize static electricity on the product, enhancing dust removal performance and thereby improving product quality and yield.
3. Convenient replacement of the dust-collection paper roll, making equipment maintenance and cleaning easy. Simply replace the paper roll on a regular basis to enable pneumatic control of the contact and pressure between the rubber roller and the product surface, ensuring effective dust removal.
4. Superior performance—absolutely no scratching of the product surface. The dust-removal roller contacts the web material to pick up contaminants and transfer them onto a peel-off adhesive dust-collection roll.
