This equipment is suitable for PCB cooling and buffer adjustment on the production line following the SMT reflow oven, helping to optimize line takt time.

Characteristics

1. The material bin is lifted and lowered using a servo motor, which is fast and highly precise.
2. The material hopper employs dual-screw lifting to enhance smoothness and reduce hopper vibration.
3. Supports FIFO, LIFO, and direct-through modes, and can communicate with the MES to upload machine operating status.
4. Each layer of the material bin is equipped with its own drive for conveying.
5. Automatic track gauge adjustment can be achieved via MES control or manual input through the touch screen.
6. Audio-visual alarm with real-time display of alarm information for convenient maintenance.
7. The control system is equipped with Ethernet for easy communication expansion.
8. The material hopper and conveyor tracks are subjected to hard anodizing to prevent wear.
9. Standard SMEMA line communication.
