Straight-through integrated unloader


1. The control system is PLC-based with a touch screen interface.
2. Track Design: An L-shaped seamless track design is adopted to prevent thin boards from being inserted into the conveyor belt and to eliminate wear on both the PCB and the fixture tracks.
3. Dual sensors are installed at the infeed and outfeed positions of the conveyor track to prevent board jams.
4. Each axis and sensor can have its status monitored via I/O; input and output settings can be modified through the software for convenient fault analysis, and a device reset will initialize all parameters.
5. Wear-resistant stainless steel plates are added to the end stops of the pallet and box infeed and outfeed mechanisms to prevent rail wear.
