This machine is used at the front end of the SMT production line for automated PCB loading, sequentially and automatically feeding PCBs from a magazine into the production line.
Characteristics
1. Yongxinda’s self-developed control system with a touch-screen control panel
2. Employs dual rigid shaft fixation combined with servo motor-driven lifting for greater stability.
3. A stepper motor is used for the pushing plate, with adjustable force.
4. Pneumatic clamps that are the same width as the material frame ensure more precise positioning of the material bins, and the effective design prevents damage to the PCBs from collisions.
5. Use standard SMEMA communication.
